I've been a clinical research coordinator for 17 years (certified for 4) and I would never do anything else. I started at a CNA and then a MA and then got a chance to go into research.
The subjects that go into research studies are very special people, you really connect with them, because you work so closely with them. I can't think of a single day that I have been bored with my job. There are also some nice perks like occasional travel for business meetings, and continuing education classes.
Dose any body know about clinical research industry? how about choosing it as a career?
