How would I answer these questions? I have no experience but I am a fast learner. However I have worked in a hospital as a nurse aid. But other than I have no other real medical or pharmaceutical training
How to answer these interview questions in the pharmaceutical industry?
Health care is not the same as the pharmaceutical industry... Regardless of being a fast learner you don't have the experience for this position. I would answer the questions honestly and say no. If the company is looking for someone without experience they will call you. From time to time this is the case. Many Pharm companies do hire folks with out previous exp since so they can train them the way they want them to be trained with no pre-conceived ideas of how a process should work.
Reply:Just answer Yes or No,May bees don't count, not in this game If you try to bluff you will be found out very quickly. you can do no more than tell it as it is.
Reply:Either you answer them you do not know anything or you research about the industry in the internet (and say you get your information mainly from the internet)...
Reply:Being a fast learner is OK if there is only a few people applying for the job but I presume there will be hundreds going after this job who do have knowledge and experience so If I was you I wouldn't bother going for the interview and look for something else maybe something in the care sector as a care assistant. If I was interview for this job I would look for someone who had a degree in the pharmaceutical industry.
