Pediatric hospice / thanatology is one possibility. That's my field.
Reply:If you're wanting to do undergraduate course work in Child Psychology, look for a class called Human Growth and Development (or something like it). It will be difficult to get extensive education in Child Psych while in undergraduate work.

If you want to be a psychologist, you must receive a Ph.D. If this is what you want to do, then go to a school that has a graduate program in Clinical Psychology. While you are doing your internship(s) in your graduate studies, you will want to do more pediatric based work and do a pediatric based dissertation. After you complete the Ph.D., you will then have to do a Post-doctoral Fellowship in Child Psychology, which is essentially a two-year internship after your doctoral degree.
