What is a clinical research assistant?

A Clinical Research Assistant is a person who assists with the gathering of data for use in "Clinical Trials". This job can include organizing study subjects/objects, interviewing study subjects, monitoring of study subjects (tests results etc...) and entering this data using the parameters of the study. These research assistants "Assist" the main "Study" organizer/researcher.
